Centralised Command Centre

We deliver our portfolio of services via a dedicated Clinical Operations Centre which is led by our highly skilled and qualified clinicians. This allows us to provide hospital-level care through various channels and to reconfigure existing care models to deliver best-in-class healthcare.

Examples include:

  • Reduction of ED presentations by patient-to-clinician virtual care. Our Pre-Emergency Department triage service captures patients who may not require emergency care and can be treated remotely, avoiding long-term delays to their care.

  • Support ambulance services, community services (GP), accountable care facilities and other referral pathways to ensure the  most efficient and appropriate care delivery to patients based on their needs. 

  • Rapid prioritisation of the most urgent and in-need patients to Emergency Departments and emergency care.

  • Early Discharge services monitors patients in real-time to prevent relapse, readmission and support adherence to care plans.​
